The wholistic inspection approach for the 200-ton slewing gantry crane included assessments of electrical hardware, control system software, mechanical systems, and the overall crane structures.
Uni-Systems engineers also reviewed maintenance processes, analyzed downtime and operational difficulties, and provided recommendations for improvement. Deliverables included a report identifying existing operational and safety issues, along with root cause analyses and recommended solutions.
