Uni-Systems Engineering provided technical support for the design, supply, and installation of the courtyard ventilation system. A weather station at the top of each tower measures average temperature along with wind speed and direction. The operating system calculates weather data and time of day, and automatically draws air into the courtyard or prevents air from entering, according to current conditions. The ventilation system includes a vane at the top of each tower that collects the wind, and an in-line fan in the tower interior that supplements ventilation when wind speeds are low.
