Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers Major League Baseball team, gives fans with a great day at the ballpark no matter what the weather. On warm sunny days, the operable outfield walls open to provide an outdoor playing field where a home run ball can actually be hit out of the park.

Miller Park
Outfield Walls
The two operable outfield walls are curved to follow the shape of the playing field, and are clad with translucent Kalwall® material to admit sunlight for the natural grass playing field. Each panel is 140 feet wide, 70 feet high, and weighs 150,000 pounds. At the push of a button, the wall panels are driven along curved steel rails between the open and closed positions.
